★★★★★ 5.0 on Google · Healthcare and aesthetic clinics only
A new patient searching for a cosmetic or aesthetic clinic isn’t booking the way they’d book a haircut. It’s a considered decision, often about their face, their body, or a treatment they’ll repeat for years. So they take their time.
They’ll find you on Google, then check your Instagram. They’ll read your reviews, look at your before-and-afters, compare you to two or three other clinics, and visit your website more than once. All of this happens before they ever pick up the phone.
That means your marketing isn’t judged in one moment. It’s judged across every touchpoint a patient sees during that research window. If any one of them looks inconsistent, outdated, or unclear, you’re out of the comparison before you even knew you were in it.
Jarvis Technologies works only with healthcare and aesthetic clinics. We build marketing for aesthetic clinics around that entire research journey, not just a single ad or a single page.
Patients check it before they check anything else. If it's inconsistent, outdated, or doesn't reflect the standard of your actual work, the comparison ends there.
Questions about a treatment, recovery time, or "is this safe" get researched late at night, alone. If your site doesn't answer them clearly, a competitor's will.
This isn't an impulse booking. A patient who's spent two weeks deciding won't wait two days for a reply. They'll book with whoever responds first.
Many treatments are repeated every few months. If nothing brings a patient back on schedule, you're constantly replacing revenue instead of growing it.
Our marketing for aesthetic clinics follows the same path your patients do: from first search, to comparison, to their next treatment.
Most aesthetic treatments aren't one-and-done. We time follow-up and retention messaging to when a patient is actually due for their next treatment, so repeat revenue doesn't rely on them remembering to rebook themselves.

We’ve been with Jarvis for over two years now, and they’ve really helped us turn things around with our Meta Ads. Before we started working with them, our ads weren’t bringing in the quality leads we needed for our car leasing business. But Jarvis came in, optimized everything, and really knew how to target the right audience. Since then, we’ve seen a huge jump in leads and conversions. They’re always super responsive, professional, and easy to work with.Posted on Google![]()

Marketing for aesthetic clinics sits under several layers: AHPRA’s National Law, AHPRA’s guidelines for advertising higher risk non-surgical cosmetic procedures (in force since September 2025), and the TGA’s Therapeutic Goods Advertising Code.
The TGA layer is the one clinics most often get wrong. It restricts advertising prescription-only treatments, like botulinum toxin and some dermal fillers, directly to the public. That’s not the same as being unable to market your clinic at all. But many clinics respond by saying almost nothing, and disappear from the comparison entirely.
| We can do this | We won't do this |
|---|---|
| Market your clinic, your practitioners, and the patient experience | Advertise a prescription treatment by name directly to the public |
| Use before-and-after content within AHPRA and TGA guidance | Use exaggerated, edited, or AI-predicted before-and-afters |
| Show your practitioners' registration details, risks, and realistic recovery information | Use patient testimonials about clinical care, including liking or resharing reviews |
| Target your advertising to adult audiences | Target anyone under 18 or use influencer endorsements |
| Keep your messaging calm and realistic about results | Glamorise a procedure or overstate what it can achieve |
You stay in control. Every ad, page, and post is approved by you before it goes live. Under the National Law, anyone who advertises a regulated health service can be held responsible for it, and that includes you as the practitioner. So nothing goes out without your sign-off.
Yes. Posting isn’t the issue for most clinics. Consistency and clarity are. We look at what’s actually stopping a follower from booking a consult and fix that first.
Yes. There’s a compliant way to use before-and-after content. We know the boundaries and build within them, rather than avoiding the content altogether.
That’s a retention problem, not an acquisition one, and it’s common in aesthetics given how many treatments are repeated. We build follow-up timed to when a patient is actually due again, not generic reminders.
Google and Meta Ads can bring enquiries within a few weeks. SEO and retention systems take longer to build, usually a few months, but compound over time. Most clinics run both together.
It depends on your goals and how competitive your area is. After a free strategy call, we give you a clear plan and a fixed quote with no hidden fees.
