3. Client Obligations
As a client, you agree to:

- Ensure that you hold the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for any content, logos, or patient data you provide to us.

4. Payment Terms

- Your Content: You retain ownership of all branding materials, patient data, and content you supply to us.
6. Privacy and Data Security
Given that Jarvis Technologies works with clinics:
- We adhere to strict privacy practices. However, you are responsible for ensuring that the data you collect (and instruct our systems to process) complies with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and any relevant Australian health records legislation.
- You are responsible for obtaining necessary patient consents for automated communication (SMS/Email marketing).
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law:
- Jarvis Technologies is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including loss of data, loss of profits, or disruption to your clinic’s operations.
- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8. Termination
